Do you want to be an ambassador of a globally recognized high quality brand? You will represent ECCO to the outside world, and must build the company’s image together with your team, by providing unique customer experiences.
- You will have the overall responsibility for the operations in the store.
- You will build up a successful team, while continuously motivating and developing them.
- You and your team will be the ambassadors to build up the ECCO-brand in Spain.
- You will make the work schedules for your team, have the yearly appraisals and arrange all other admin tasks.
- Reaching the set KPI’s and fulfil budget and target expectations, by delivering the best customer service.
- You will be responsible for changing the Visual Merchandising concepts in the store, based on input from the Head Office.
- You have a passion for retail and bring high levels of energy and commitment to the company,
- You possess a natural, friendly sales style together with a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude,
- You are a positive, supportive and flexible team player, actively taking responsibility within your role for delivering exceptional service, maximizing sales and act as an example for the team.
- You have a proven track record within retail for leading teams to deliver service, sales and profit expectations,
- You have a good commercial awareness and can operate in all aspects of the store,
- You have retail experience in fashion and preferably with footwear and
- You have an excellent understanding of Spanish and English, both verbally as in writing, another language will be a plus.
