We are looking for an experienced and result driven Social Media Community Manager to join our E-Commerce & Marketing team in Warsaw, managing the roll-out of ECCOs strategic approach to leveraging existing and future Social Media Channels and Communities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Platform owner of Social Studio: Develop and utilize platform on a strategic and operational level for 24 markets
  • With support from Social Media Coordinator and Content Strategist, management of European Social Media execution, ensuring all campaigns are activated appropriately globally and locally
  • Serve as subject matter expert and SPOC for campaign deliveries and activation
  • Collaborate and follow up with markets on campaign development and reporting
  • Execute market development and training within Social Media tools to ensure they are leveraged to meet local KPI
  • Manage revenue driven content in relation to global channels, ensuring all campaigns are activated
  • Seek out new trends, creative and tactical best practices to help drive Social Media strategy and enhance the knowledge of our team and markets
  • Track & synthesize ongoing trends in Social Media to ensure KRM acts as best in class (in the retail sphere, shoe industry, among direct competitors, etc.)
  • Benchmark channel performance and initiatives within the apparel and shoe industry
  • Develop monthly reports on key Social Media KPI
  • Produce listening and engagement reports for internal and external teams to fuel insight development
  • Collaborate and plan ad-hoc Social Posts and project requests from various stakeholders
  • Copy writing

Ideal profile:

  • BA in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant fields
  • 3 years of experience in Marketing communication, community management
  • 3 years of experience in developing and implementing Digital Marketing strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and structure concrete and abstract ideas in verbal and written communication for an international audience from digitally savvy to non-digital business partners
  • Good knowledge of all different Digital Marketing channels and platforms
  • Familiarity with web design and HTML5
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
