Retail Administration Coordinator

We are looking to recruit experienced Retail Administration Coordinator who will be responsible for the communication and coordination of the day-to-day operations within team (Retail Stores, Retail Managers and back-office functions).

Location: Warsaw

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Daily support to Store Managers and RMs in all retail administrative challenges
  • Collection, translation and distribution all communication being forwarded to the Retail Stores
  • Update and maintain the existing annual calendar containing all important actions and happenings for all stores and personnel
  • Cooperation with internal stakeholders
  • Cooperation with external providers e.g. Tax Office, electricity providers, First Data, Global Blue, security, insurance
  • Support store openings
  • Assist in the organization of national and international Store Manager Meetings
  • Coordination of documents flow and collecting signatures

Minimum Qualification:

  • 2 years experience in an administration role
  • Accurate / eye for quality and detail
  • Good time-management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong planning, organizational and presentation skills
  • I.T. literate, MS office – advance level
  • Intercultural skills, ability to work in an international environment
  • Ability to read, write and speak English at a proficient level, knowledge of additional languages will be a plus.
