Location: Warszawa

We are looking for a Receptionist who will provide professional customer service for KRM office and coordinate the office work as well as take care for the proper image of the Company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Prepare correspondence and documents
  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
  • Greet visitors and guests
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment
  • Organize conference and meeting room bookings
  • Maintain the reception area

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent Polish and English is a must
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Demonstrate positive attitude, good manners and professional appearance
  • Attention to details
  • Reliability
