Performance Marketing Manager


Location: Warsaw

We are looking for an experienced and result driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our E-Commerce & Marketing team in Warsaw. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, setting up, implementing and managing the overall company┬┤s digital performance marketing strategy

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Taking care of the planning, implementation and continuous optimisation of performance marketing campaigns for various channels: SEA , Dynamic Retargeting, Display, GDN, Google Shopping, Youtube, Affiliate marketing, etc.
  • Tracking and managing the channel performance based on defined KPI (traffic, ROAS/CRR, etc.)
  • Budget planning and management for all paid digital channels, based on given KPI structure and CRR
  • Evaluating competitors Online Marketing strategies and creating plans to implement them
  • Developing and driving E-Commerce campaigns, acting as the main contact for internal stakeholders and third-party agencies to increase traffic and user interaction on the website through different tools and platforms
  • Establishing a close contact to Google/ Facebook and other partners to improve overall performance and explore new Online Marketing opportunities
  • Set-up regular performance tracking report for the E-Commerce department and internal stakeholders

Minimum Qualification:

  • Min. 3 years of experience as an Online Marketing Manager, preferably of a bigger fashion account in an agency or at a fashion brand inhouse marketing department
  • Experience in programmatic campaigns, media buying or GMP suite is a big advantage
  • Min. 3 years of experience in developing and implementing performance marketing strategies
  • Profound knowledge of all different online marketing channels and KPI
  • Excellent knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
  • 3 years of hands-on experience with SEM, Google Analytics and other Online Marketing software (eg. Search Metrics, Google Trends, DSP/DMP set-up, affiliate networks)
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • BA in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant fields
  • Fluent in English is a must
