Performance/ CPM Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and result driven Performance/CPM Marketing Specialist to support our Digital Marketing team in Warsaw, Poland. The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, implementing and controlling the execution of paid/performance marketing strategy alongside the Performance Marketing Manager. We are expecting the candidate to have profound and relevant experience, a great track record in her/his field of proficiency, a big proportion of passion for the online and fashion e-commerce business and understanding for digital tools.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the Performance Marketing Manager to develop the digital paid media strategy; planning, execution refinement and analysis, by leveraging consumer lifetime value (CLV) and commercial insights
  • Work alongside with Retail and Digital Marketing to implement the global and regional, tactical paid marketing strategy to ensure growth of ECCO brand awareness and amplification of key communications
  • Creating & optimizing campaigns across the digital landscape Facebook, AdWords, Youtube, with access to premium platforms like GMP or Salesforce
  • Performing A/B testing & ROI optimization
  • Implementing/optimizations programmatic advertising campaigns
  • Exploring other digital channels & new media (blog networks, native advertising)
  • Collaborating with the content team & providing data insights
  • Ad copywriting, testing and campaign optimization
  • Setting up and optimizing Google Analytics goals and tracking/conversion pixels
  • Extensive reporting & data analysis based on KPI metrics
  • Participation in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns within the Digital Marketing Team
  • Co-supervising the implementation of budgets and goals and setting schedules

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in performance marketing
  • BA in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant fields
  • Hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and/or other tracking software
  • Google AdWords and Analytics certifications
  • Experience on marketing automation concepts (tools, scripts, APIs, dynamic/triggered campaigns)
  • Programmatic advertising experience
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Very good knowledge of English is a must (at least equivalent of B2)
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
