Outlets Merchandise Planner

Location: Warszawa

We are looking for a highly analytical and motivated individual, who would like to become a team player in a dynamic and multicultural merchandising team, as Outlets Merchandise Planner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing and reviewing outlet stock levels
  • Monitoring sales, stock per market and taking the required actions to ensure store(s) are performing at their optimal level
  • Secure that the stock allocation is in-line with the store range plan
  • Create and manage orders for specific Market(s) to support the stores stock levels
  • Cooperate with General Managers / Retail Managers / Store Managers to provide support for the required stocks per outlet
  • Weekly / monthly and ad hoc analysis of store performances, with key action points to manage market / store Inventory levels
  • Making / Suggesting product selection to best use available stocks to service the outlet Store Profiles
  • Organize, coordinate and manage, local inventory, making appropriate suggestions for outlet to outlet stock transfers and full price to outlet stock transfers
  • Attend weekly calls with relevant market representative to ensure all queries and previous week action points are discussed / actioned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Retail experience will be an asset
  • Strong analytical and attention to detail skills
  • Excellent use of MS office (e.g. Word, Excel) and other relevant business systems (SAP or DAX)
  • Ability to prioritize work and adjust priorities as needed
  • Strong collaboration and customer orientation skills
  • English language
