Customer Care Representative with Danish


Location: Warszawa

We are looking to recruit experienced Customer Care Representative with great communication skills, who have a positive mindset and are/ will be passionate about Ecco’s products. You will represent ECCO to the outside world, and must build the company’s image together with your team, by providing unique customer experiences.

Duties include:

  • Assisting customers with their inquiries regarding Ecco products, orders, payments, returns, claims and shipment
  • Educating and updating yourself with deep knowledgeabout the company and products
  • Taking part in training in customer service processes and best practices

Skills and Experience:

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
  • Strong customer driven focus
  • Experience with customer service (phone, email, chat etc.) is an advantage
  • Experience in using ERP and CRM –within Microsoft AX and Dynamics CRM is an advantage

Language requirements:

  • English, at least fluent is required
  • Native or at least fluent in Danish
